Since 2016, I have helped holistic & healing arts practitioners raise their prices, build confidence in marketing, and break through to their first $1K+, $10K+, and $90K+ closed sales. I guide my clients from my own personal experience of growing businesses from the ground up: having been a holistic practitioner myself - an IIN-certified health coach, traditional folk herbalist, and intuitive reader - since 2012, and having used online marketing for other types of service businesses since 2009.

From 2018-2024, I have directly advised corporate VPs and C-Suite leaders, guiding a $150 million+ total portfolio of healthcare and pharma innovation opportunities. These projects served to increase safety and protect millions of people from harm within the reality of the Healthcare-Industrial Complex: improving transparency and consent in doctor's offices, preventing unneeded hospitalizations, and preventing the illicit contamination of pharmaceuticals by corporate bad actors.

My raw, uncensored, personal-experience-driven approach to cultural education empowers leaders and organizations to have tough conversations about volatile topics when standard "DEI" work falls short. I've educated a community of western Zen Buddhism practitioners on how their spiritual practice was implicit in global wars and propaganda, helped social workers and clinicians learn how to protect the safety of queer and trans youth, and held members of a nonprofit board accountable to take responsibility when their organization was infiltrated by religious supremacy and hate that was disguised as "social justice".

Like many holistic practitioners, I began my healing journey in the midst of battling my own personal health challenges.

In 2008, I was diagnosed with MRSA, and after a year of unsuccessful allopathic treatment, I feared for my life, and had also developed multiple autoimmune issues from overuse of antibiotics.

I remember that fateful day in the spring of 2009 when I found myself staring at a bottle of echinacea pills, realizing I had to stop relying on doctors to fix me, and take responsibility for my own health.
​
After that, I started learning about energy work, collected books on nutrition and mindset-based healing, and became trained as an herbalist and health coach.
​
As I grew on my personal path to sustainable health and well-being, the renewed sense of hope I gained inspired me to help others.
​
I have gained high standards for how I want to live my life… because I believe everyone deserves thriving health, and nothing less.

In 2018, I was offered the opportunity to advise corporate leaders on the historic, $69 billion CVS-Aetna merger.

My acceptance of this rare opportunity was a critical moment in my career that transformed my worldview and drastically shifted the trajectory of my life.

Although I was repulsed by the idea of supporting the Healthcare-Industrial Complex, I couldn’t deny the treasure that was in front of me…

My work has transformed 1600+ health clinics, six major hospital systems, and population health initiatives impacting over 12 million patients.

Even during my corporate healthcare career, I’ve remained consistently connected with both local and online holistic health communities. I’ve developed my own professional practices as an herbalist and intuitive reader.

My experiences have led me to learn that thriving health is not just an individual pursuit. It involves our whole global community.

I know that global healing is critical because I come from lineages of displaced refugees on both sides of my family: my mother and her family were Vietnamese Hoa boat people, and my Jewish paternal grandmother fled Poland as it came under Nazi occupation.

Living as a multiracial and multicultural person in the USA, I see the world through a lens of layered and interconnected global human experiences, allowing me to see relationships and patterns between seemingly disparate areas of life, work, and culture.

As a child of people directly harmed by war, I believe no one deserves the trauma of war that has impacted generation after generation, pervades our cultures and ways of life, and still has not been healed.

I don’t subscribe to left-wing or right-wing politics, because that binary doesn’t translate globally. That being said, I am very political and have a deep commitment to social change. Politics is about learning to navigate and balance the scales of power, which is essential to our success in both business and healing. I believe in seeking the truth and exposing corruption in all of our systems of power, so we can repair the harms done over many generations and achieve true collective healing.

I choose to do this work because I believe health is the basis of all wealth and all well-being.

If we can restore health for ourselves and others, while navigating the realities of our economy with generosity and equity… then we have many hopeful opportunities ahead.

But if we don’t take action now, we face unspeakable risks to our humanity... and future generations will suffer.

This is why I am committed to helping healers navigate business in a healthier way that honors the complex, ever-changing dynamics of our world.
